Pizza dough (Store bought)
Pizza dough from the shops can be a great time saver, it allows you to simply add whatever toppings you like and add it to the oven.
If you are really short on time buying pizza dough can be a real lifesaver! You can usually buy pizza dough from most larger supermarkets. You can even buy pizza dough pre-rolled and pre-cooked and pizza bases.
Pizza dough usually contains only a few ingredients – flour, yeast, water and a bit of olive oil. However it if you are buying it from a supermarket it may contain preservatives.
A good option is to buy pizza dough from an Italian deli or you can even ask your local pizzeria!
To use simply bring up to room temperature then roll out into a pizza shape, turning it up slightly to make a good crust. Why not try a classic recipe like a Margarita! Top your pizza with passata, mozzarella and torn basil leaves. You can even try making a calzone or focaccia!
