The Food Standards Agency has posted on its site a recall notice by JK Foods about Tiger Tiger Taste Japan Mirin . The problem is about the presence of soya which has not been declared on the packaging making it a possible health risk to anyone with an allergy or intolerance to soya. Looking at the picture of the notice, it seems that soy sauce has been packaged instead of rice wine for cooking.

If you have bought the Tiger Tiger Taste Japan Mirin and you are allergic to soya, check the Best before data: if they coincide with the recalled product, do not consume it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
