Booths is recalling Booths 2 Lemon Bakewell Tarts because they contain milk, which is not mentioned on the label

Recall of Booths Lemon Bakewell Tarts due to presence of undeclared allergen

The Food Standards Agency has posted on its site a recall notice by Booths about the 2 Lemon Bakewell Tarts. The problem is about the presence of milk which has not been declared on the packaging making it a possible health risk to anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk.

If you have bought the Booths 2 Lemon Bakewell Tarts and you are allergic to milk, check the Batch code and the Use by date: if they coincide with the recalled product, do not consume it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund. The use by date can be found on the side of the packaging.
