Tefal Cuisine Companion mixer

The Tefal mixer attachment is an accessory that fits into the cooking bow of the Cuisine Companion. It has two long and thin plastic arms with bevelled edges. It is designed to stir both hot and cold ingredients. It’s perfect for making risottos, stews and browning ingredients.

Using the Mixer

The Tefal Cuisine Companion has two operating modes;

• Automatic mode
  The speed, temperature and duration are already pre-programmed. The mixer can be used with the sauce, sew and desert automatic programs. You can also modify the temperature and duration of some automatic programs.

  Once the cooking time has ended the sauce, stew and dessert programs have a keep warm function which lasts for 45 minutes after the cooking time has finished. The desert and the sauce programs will continue at speed 4. The stew preset 2 and 3 will continue at speed 3 for a few seconds and then stop.

• Manual mode
  With the manual mode, you can customise the speed, temperature and duration.

When the machine is running you can pause the operation by pressing the start/stop button. You can activate it again by pressing the same button again. If you wish to cancel the program completely hold the start/stop button for 2 seconds.

The machine will beep 3 times when it has finished running.

Important information

Never put your fingers or any other object in the bowl while the machine is running.

Cleaning

Once cooled wipe down with a sponge and hot soapy water, then rinse with clean running water.

The mixer tool is not dishwasher safe!
