The Kenwood knife blade is an accessory that fits into the cooking bowl. It is used for chopping raw ingredients and turning cooked ingredients into purée. The knife blade has two serrated, curved blades. Like the maxblade, the knife blade can also be used for chopping but it is less effective as it is slightly smaller. Unlike the maxblade, the knife blade can be used for making cake batter and kneading dough.
