Smoothies are a fun, delicious and nutritious way to start the day! This tropical pineapple and mango smoothie is a great way to sneak extra nutrition into your diet! It’s perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack! This recipe is one you will want to remember, we guarantee it!

The bananas and the cashews make the texture rich and creamy while the mango and pineapple add sweetness and give it a wonderful golden colour.

Freezing the bananas adds to the texture but you can use unfrozen bananas too.

The great thing about smoothies is that they require very little prep work you can whip one up in no time at all! Try making ‘smoothie packs’ by preparing all your fruit beforehand and freezing it together. Not only does this method save you time but it also prevents wastage as the fruit is less likely to go bad!
