The Kenwood fine grating disc is used with the Direct Prep attachment. It is a circular stainless steel disk with a 2mm cutting style. It’s designed to grate ingredients like vegetables like onions and carrots, cheese and firm fruit.
This disc is excellent form making cauliflower rice and for mincing garlic and ginger.
Cleaning
All discs are dishwasher friendly. To clean by hand wash with warm soapy water followed by a thorough rinse, remember to handle with care. For easier cleaning, always wash the parts immediately after use.
