Recall of Goldstein Smoked Salmon due to the possible presence of Listeria

L. Goldstein Salmon Curers LTD is recalling one batch of its Goldtein Smoked Salmon because there is the possibility of listeria presence in the product

Costco UK has posted on its site a recall notice of L. Goldstein Salmon Curers LTD about one batch of the Goldtein Smoked Salmon. The problem is about the possible presence of Listeria: a routine sample tested positive for low levels of listeria, but subsequently the L. Goldstein Salmon Curers LTD has sent samples to the laboratory which have come back negative for Listeria.

So, if you have bought the Goldtein Smoked Salmon, check the Use By date and Batch Code: if they match with the recalled product, do not eat it. Instead, throw the item away and visit the refund desk of Costco to receive a full refund on the product you bought.
