Recall of Everfresh Sprouted Stem Ginger Cake due to presence of allergens not declared

The Food Standards Agency has posted on its site a recall notice by Everfresh Natural Foods about Everfresh Sprouted Stem Ginger Cake. The problem is about the presence of pecans (nuts) in some packs, which are not been declared on the packaging making them a possible health risk to anyone with an allergy to pecans or nuts.

If you have bought the Everfresh Sprouted Stem Ginger Cake and you are allergic to nuts, check the Batch Code and the Best Before date: if they coincide with the recalled product, do not consume it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
