The Food Standards Scotland has posted on its site a recall notice by Galloway Lodge Preserves about Galloway Burger House Sweet Chilli Sauce. The problem is that Listeria monocytogenes has been found in the product. Some people are more vulnerable to Listeria infections, including those over 65 years of age, pregnant women and their unborn babies, babies less than one month old and people with weakened immune systems.

If you have bought the Galloway Burger House Sweet Chilli Sauce check the Best Before date and Lot numbers on side of lid: if they coincide with the recalled product, do not consume it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
