Recall of Bryans Salads pasta salad products due to incorrect date labelling
Bryans Salads is recalling pasta salad products because because there was an error in the ‘use by’ date on the label
The Food Standards Agency has posted on its site a recall notice issued by Bryans Salads about Chicken & Bacon Pasta Salad, Prawn Pasta Salad and Cheese Pasta Salad. The problem is about an error in the ‘use by’ date on the label: they have been labelled with a ‘use by’ date of 7 February 2022 instead of 7 January 2022, so they may be unsafe to eat after the intended ‘use by’ date due to risk of bacterial growth that could cause illness if consumed. The recall notice is specific to England and Wales area.
If you have bought one of the above mentioned Bryans Salads pasta salad products, check if the use by date is the same of the recalled product. If so, do not eat it. Instead return it to the store.
