The Kenwood thin slicing disc is used with the Direct Prep attachment. It is a circular stainless steel disk with a sharp curved blade. It’s designed to thinly slice vegetables, fruit and cheese.

Cleaning
All discs are dishwasher friendly. To clean by hand wash with warm soapy water followed by a thorough rinse, remember to handle with care. For easier cleaning, always wash the parts immediately after use.
