Like most Italian food the key is simplicity, you need to use good quality ingredients. This traditional recipe is made up of five ingredients; water, yeast, flour, extra virgin olive oil and a bit of salt. This recipe can be made with fresh, dried and instant yeast.
You can mix the ingredients together in your kitchen machine or do it the old fashioned way and knead the dough by hand! After rising, you can use it straight away, alternatively, It can be frozen for up to 3 months!
