The Food Standars Agency has issuead a recall notice about the COOK Kitchen Mango and Passionfruit cheesecake and Chocolate and Almond Torte because they have been mis-packed, so some Mango and Passionfruit Cheesecake packaging contains Chocolate and Almond Torte, and the Chocolate and Almond Torte packaging contains Mango and Passionfruit Cheesecake. The recall notice is specific to England and Scotland area.
This has led to a mismatch of the ingredient and allergen list with what is reported on the labels: the Chocolate and Almond Torte contains almonds (nuts) and soya not mentioned on the label of the Mango and Passionfruit cheesecake, and likewise the Mango and Passionfruit cheesecake contains wheat (gluten) which is not mentioned on the label of the Chocolate and Almond Torte. This means the products are a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to almonds (nuts), and/or, soya and/or an allergy or intolerance to wheat (gluten).
So, if you have an allergy or intolerance to nuts, soya, or gluten and have bought the COOK Kitchen Mango and Passionfruit Cheesecake and Chocolate Almond Torte with the same best before data and batch code, do not eat it and return the product to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
