Lemon extract

The lemon extract allows you to flavour creams and doughs for cakes in a few seconds, pouring it directly and mixing well.

Lemon extract

The lemon extract is a practical way of flavouring cakes, custard and desserts without having to resort to the use of fresh lemon zest: it is an aroma in liquid form, stored in vials or bottles whose content can be poured directly into the dough that is being worked on, to give it an immediate citrus taste. It can be found in every supermarket in the department dedicated to the preparation of homemade desserts and cakes.

The intensity of the packaged lemon extract varies according to the brand, in general, however, a 2 ml ampoule can flavour 500 ml of cream or 500-600 grams of dough for cakes. Once poured, it must be mixed to mix it evenly with the dough or with the cream being prepared, and if it is left over you can keep it in the refrigerator.
